We run specialised courses & sell equipment & books on how to make your own tasty sausages, salami & cured meats at home with our expert Sausage Queen, Sara Grazia.
We also cater for private classes, including team building, hens/buck nights & perfect for Christmas parties. You can also buy our gluten free natural produce, including sausages, small goods & bacon. Trading hours are seasonal, currently open from 10am Mon to Sat.
