Mind Up is a compassionate and inspiring psychological practice based in Spotswood. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a work-based intervention program designed to enhance the emotional, mental and general psychological wellbeing of all employees. Staff are connected with a psychologist to explore both personal and work related issues, that may impact on work performance, well-being, morale and psychological health.
